Location is excellent, having a kitchen is great, and the price was right. There's no air conditioning, but that's only an issue when the weather is very hot, especially since the windows open to a busy street.

Asked for a refurbished room but clearly didn’t get that. Carpet was not very nice looking and lots of large holes at the door.
Breakfast was the best part.
Quiet location but not too far from train and restaurants etc
