Riverside Park

I hung the 'clean room' sign on my door, but returned to find it untouched. Front desk informed me that room service only cleans if the sign is out before 10:00 AM. The next day, I made sure to put it out in time; while they did clean, they left the bags of trash inside the room. Amenities like water and towels aren't provided unless requested. When I went downstairs to ask for extra towels, they delivered the wrong amount. I called the front desk to rectify it, but the receptionist was rude and complained that I had just been down there—even though it was their team that brought the wrong items. On top of all this, the air conditioner is far too noisy to leave on while trying to sleep.

The only thing we weren’t happy with is that they lock the door to the hot tub before closing time. Not cool when people race back to have 15 mins of hot tub time before it closes, and they’ve already shut it down. I looked around to see if the rules explicitly state that they close the tub to new soakers at a certain time but there is nothing. Seems to me the employees just wanted to deal with earlier so they could leave earlier.
