Hotel Cassino Boa Estadia

Pontos positivos: 1) Restaurante Gaúcho com muitas opções, mas a salada Ceasar não é a tradicional. Não recomendo! 2) Café da manhã bem completo. 3) A cama é super confortável. 4) Recebemos 4 vouchers para usarmos no Cassino, tanto no check in, como no jantar. Total de 8 vouchers. Pontos negativos: 1) Fizemos o check in e quando fomos entrar em um dos apartamentos, os cartões estavam desmagnetizados. A manutenção que já estava no andar resolvendo o mesmo problema em outro quarto, não conseguiu resolver. Saímos sem os cartões. 2) Não tinha sabonete no banheiro, nem líquido, nem em barra. Solicitei e levou meia hora pra vir, acho que só trouxeram porque o funcionário da manutenção que tomou conhecimento da situação, informou que eu estava esperando há um bom tempo e estava com pressa pois queríamos sair para fazer compras. 3) À noite, mais uma vez os cartões estavam desmagnetizados, tivemos que ir na recepção para resolver o problema. 4) A escada rolante para acessar o cassino não estava funcionando, tivemos que descê-la a pé e os degraus são bem altos. Foi bem desagradável.

Melhor lugar em Rivera

Sou hóspede frequente do hotel, por isto consigo acompanhar as mudanças e detalhes entre uma estadia e outra. Entendo que a estrutura do restaurante está sobrecarregada com o número de clientes principalmente nos finais de semana. São apenas 03 atendentes responsáveis em recepcionar, tirar pedidos, limpar mesas, fechar contas, enfim.... a demora é inevitável, principalmente para quem aguarda uma mesa para sentar.

Muito boa, porém, para uma suíte de preço elevado o mínimo que se espera é uma televisão de razoável tamanho (32" instalada), com imagem horrorosa e colocada fora de nível. Chuveiro com pouca pressão ma\s amenidades de banheiro de ótimo nível. Cama muito confortável.
