リバー ホテル

「Parking was tricky. People love this hotel. If you come late you will have to park across the street」

「Beach view」

「Great!」

「Our AC did not work during our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to move us to another room, so we had to wait for maintenance to come and address the issue. The maintenance employee was very nice and did his best to help, but he was ultimately unable to get the AC working. 「Had to wake up the desk clerk by calling their number waited for them to unlock their office very uncommunicative made it seem like we were bothering them」

「The staff was excellent and very helpful with anything we needed, the only questionable thing was the code to get down to the beach the numbers on the key pad were worn off and very hard to see」

「The view and location aren't bad, but the rooms are old and the amenities are poor. There's no microwave or kettle, and the coffee maker was quite dirty. The shower drainage also isn't great. Overall, it seems a major renovation is needed. On the other hand, the cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping the room spotless, which was much appreciated.」

「Great location!」

「Really liked it, nice clean room and beach view on an angle from the side, elevator worked and pool was nice. Front desk gal was super good too.」
