"The hotel overall was very good. I would give it 5 stars but the room given to us was very outdated and the room reeked of sewer smell. We complained but nothing was done while we occupied it. Putting the stoppers in the plugs helped. Other than that property was very good."

"This was an excellent choice for our stay on tenerife in the canary islands. Our third floor seaside room was wonderful because we could leave the door open and listen to the waves. And yet, still have privacy during the day, because people could not see in from the street. The breakfast offering is quite amazing. And the room has modern appointments that were really nice such as motion detected nightlights in the bathroom and l e d's that could be set for different light levels. It's true that the rooms are not very large and the bathroom is quite a squeeze. I was also a little stumped that amenities did not include body lotion or hair conditioner. These seem pretty basic for a four star hotel. However, overall it was a wonderful place for us to spend our time in the canary islands"

"Whole hotel was clean and well maintained. Pool bar staff were very friendly. Reception staff made check in difficult. Was told car park was full and to move car elsewhere only to then be able to pay for parking at the hotel when complained. Mattress far too hard gave me neck pain. Food in restaurant mixed. Sometimes ok sometimes bad but never great. "

"The rooms are very nice and great view. The feel of lobby and other areas of the hotel are more like an all inclusive. Roof top is spectacular and barely anyone there. "

"Real run down, extremely rude girl checks me it. The hotel is advertised as each room having a balcony. Mine did not and when I asked for a room with one I was denied. Roof top terrace was filthy covers in rubbish with one dirty table."

"The staff is really helpfull. Nice swimming pool (I was the only user in march). I didn't eat in the restaurant, only took a coffee in the morning. The location is also interesting because it's very near the bus station If you want to travel on the island by bus et to go the airport North, and near the beaches and the city center"

"I was in a room facing the hotel pools, so no view to speak of. Good central location age easy to enjoy the ocean across the street. Julio ( I hope i have the spelling correct was amazing in the dining room. Very welcoming and willing to speak English and help me out. Room cleaning was equally amazing and accommodating to my requests not to have the room done everyday. Overall i found the housekeeping to be very environmentally aware. Older ladies in the front desk could do with some customer service training. "
