「女性スタッフは皆さん親切でフレンドリーで対応が良かった。部屋は広くて過ごし易かった。駐車場から部屋が丸見えなので、ずっとカーテンを閉めていなくてはいけなかった。朝食は美味しかった。」

「Really lovely staff, lovely room and great food. Only point to note is that the accomodation is above the pub, so if you go to bed early this may not be the place for you as some of the bar sounds can be heard until closing time.」

「駐車場またはカウンターから部屋まで階段があり、スーツケースは大変、部屋の床が傾いていて、気になる、窓がもっと開くと気もちいい、設備の説明ではランドリールームが有るとあったが無かった、レストランがあるので、食事が出来て便利、土日は朝食の時間が遅くなるので注意がいる」

「Staff are more than helpful and friendly. Facilities are lovely especially the pool at night time! Only bad thing is the breakfast isn't that nice and you don't get much on your plage. The full English breakfast didn't taste all that nice and it definitely isn't a full breakfast」

「Room was lovely and clean and we had a modern bathroom. Staff were very friendly, food was excellent and service was great. Parking was easy and cheap (6 pounds I think) and the property is gorgeous. We had a room upstairs which was fantastic, our friends had one down the corridor which was different and not as nice. The only thing was the bed - it was extremely hard and impacted our ability to sleep well. If there was a topper or a different mattress I would stay again in a pinch, or just stay...

「On arrival I was told I’ve been downgraded to a standard room after paying for a premium room. Pretty rude staff wouldn’t change your alter and just saying I will just take it off the bill at the end. That wasn’t the answer what the answer I wanted was I’m sure your room isn’t available, but we can upgrade you to Different room, ordered two £40 steaks meals most of it was Fat with about eight chips overall we won’t be coming back really underrated for what you」
