The flat is in a great central location in Ripon. The flat is clean and looks as in photos. I had no problem parking at the back and then bringing suitcase up the back stairs. Flat had everything that I needed and Ripon has a good variety of shops nearby. If you don't want to drive then there are buses to Harrogate/York/and other local places.

Immaculate apartment very stylishly and thoughtfully presented.

Pristine, clean, comfortable bed, fabulous location, everything we needed was there. Very much home from home, VERY highly recommended. Nothing, other than perhaps rather too many scented sticks. Their scent was beautiful, but caused me a slight headache by the end of our stay.

Excellent location for Ripon town centre and cathedral, allocated parking, space and layout of flat. Good quality furniture, fittings and kitchen crockery, pans, cutlery. Nice touch providing fresh milk in the fridge. Good helpful service from finest retreats. This is our 2nd visit and we hope to be back next year too. Struggling to suggest something.

Very spacious and clean, perfect for a couples stay. The apartment contains everything you need for your stay even a pint of fresh milk in the fridge too. Linen and towels were very fresh and spotless to add to our comfort. It is located within the middle of Ripon which was great with shops, restaurants and pubs on the doorstep. The parking space was easy to access and nice and wide for bigger cars. There are stairs involved for access but this is made clear by the host. We enjoyed the exercise in any event. We met most of the neighbours during our stay and they were very friendly too. We would highly recommend this property to others and would definitely stay there again.

This would be one of the best apartments we have found in over 20 years of European travel.

The owner has added so many touches that it feels like home. There is not one thing which didn’t match the description. It was spotlessly clean & the welcome could not have been warmer even more so because of our personal circumstances & the fact that our early arrival caused some issues for the owner & cleaner. We needed some quiet time because of our personal issues. & we could not have been happier with our stay. Would we come back? In a heartbeat!

Great apartment in excellent location with car parking space Sadly on my second visit to this property it was much nosier than last time. There was a lot of late night noise from the Wetherspoons pub opposite and the adjoining apartment had a late and noisy party! Not ideal when you are working!

Great apartment for a mini break.

The apartment was in a great position overlooking the market square in Ripon. All amenities literally on your doorstep ! Lovely sitting to eat at the table and people watching ! Very clean and well presented. Well equipped kitchen, pint of milk was a lovely touch as well as the complementary tea and coffee. Private parking a bonus, access stairs to the back of the property from parking spot not for the infirm ! Was race weekend and we were anxious about noise but great double glazing which kept noise out. Nothing really but as others have pointed out the bath towels need to be bigger , a bath sheet would be perfect. Not a complaint but the shower needs another sealant strip along the bottom of the door to stop water going all over the floor.

The central location was perfect, right on the town square and only a few minutes walk to the cathedral and a number of pubs. The facilities were excellent, venue very clean and the milk in fridge for arrival was a nice welcome touch.

Positive review The location of this property is superb. It overlooks the market square, very close to local cafes and shops and a two minute walk to Ripon Cathedral. In addition it’s a short car ride to other local towns and villages such as Harrogate and Ripley. The apartment itself is finished to a very high standard, it’s well equipped, modern and comfortable. The allocated parking space is a bonus too. Overall it’s an absolute gem of a property.
