"Rooms are comfortable but very outdated. Bathroom shower heads need to be replaced and hot water takes atleast 10 minutes to come out. The staff at the breakfast buffet is extremely rude and can’t even say good morning. I had an employee ask me for money just because I asked him to remove the pulp from my orange juice. Front desk reception personnel are also rude and not trained correctly to take care of the foreigners. I’ve stayed here many times but I will no longer recommend it to anyone. "

"I will continue from my other post because I can give two reviews since I stayed there two separate nights. Don't waste your time going to the rooftop bar. The service there is terrible. He acts like he's doing you a favor and you're bothering him from taking a rest. Not cordial at all. And also the tall girl at the reception that works late afternoon and nights is terrible customer service. I had a complaint to make and she told me if I didn't like it. I could go stay in another hotel somewhere else. Not the customer service we have in the United States. That's for sure. These people would be fired. "
