「This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was cozy and clean. I enjoyed going in the beautiful sauna and steam room. For dinner they served a beautiful 5 course meal that was delicious and fresh. The breakfast was also amazing! I will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone who passes through vipiteno, and I hope to come back here again! 」

During our summer stay, we enjoyed the variety of activities offered and the excellent cuisine prepared by the chef and his team. 「Wir haben den Aufenrhalt sehr genossen, super feines Essen, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, super Zimmer. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Schade war nur, dass der Pool und Whirlpool im Wellnessbereich (nicht er Familienpool) wimmelte vor spielenden Kindern und dadurch der Lämpegel doch sehr hoch war」

「La realidad es que es un hotel para estar en él mas que usarlo como base en las dolomitas, tiene un programa bastante extenso de actividades para todos los gustos, spa, sauna, caminatas alrededor, actividades para niños, etc. La atención es muy familiar, por lo que no sientes que estes en un hotel, tiene una ubicacion privilegiada pero un poco apartada de los trails importantes. 」

「We want to let everyone who wants to know about this hotel is that the hotel is great, but hotels.com is really bad. Hotel.com charged an extra $3-400 extra under the category of tax and services. The hotel had no idea what this is for. The hotel just told us to reserve from them directly the next time to bypass these unexplainable charges. Please pay attention on all of the charges before making any reservation with hotels.com, don’t make the mistake that I made.」
