Room is small, the rest is great!

Location is perfect. Breakfast is substantial in a busy dining room. Great view from the street facing rooms (rear rooms face nothing). But as others have written, the rooms are small. The bathrooms even smaller (but updated and clean).

The expedia rating for this hotel is 4 starts but in reality this is a 3 start hotel. The facilities were clean but in need of some love. Our bath sink was clogged, the safe didn't work and the keys didn't work as expected. Have to make magnetized our keys everyday. However daily breakfast was ok and the staff very professional and friendly.

- Water like sounds coming from ceiling - Constant generator sound right outside - Loud fridge noises - unused - Damaged pillow cases - Not thoroughly cleaned bedding - Window is small and not representative of the pictures online, view is also beyond miserable - Thin walls can hear from other rooms very easily

The room on arrival was at the front of the hotel situated just off the main road, sadly it was noisy. We were moved to a room for disabled people, but the room was a standard lower than purchased. it was supposed to have a coffee machine etc, but the hotel wouldn't supply one. I would not choose this hotel as a member of staff was confrontational.

Not a 4 star standard.

Poor service, small rooms, definitely not deserves for 4 stars as a hotel. The "luxury" room is a shame to be called so. Better to choose another hotels nearby.

You get what you pay for.

AC stopped working both days. I needed a fork, was told I had to pay for it. Shower was more like a faucet. Breakfast was ok. The maintenance guys were quick and the housekeeper was nice.. But anytime you call the front desk, they seem very bothered. Would not stay there again.
