Great hotel close to beach and have ocean views. Nearby has many restaurants. The staff are amazing. The only downside is the mosquitos which are everywhere…but it is a great hotel overall

Relaxing and Refreshing

Fantastic hotel with a beautiful and very friendly staff. They accommodated all my requests, and provided exceptional services and great breakfast and sauna as well. Highly recommended for some days to relax and refresh!

It is a very convenient hotel 10 seconds away from the beach and a few restaurants. Staff are amazing! The only downside is that mosquitos are a lot here. But overall, it is a highly recommended hotel to live with.

We like the area in general. Breakfast was good. We didnt like the bathroom too smail and dirty, shower didnt work propoerly. When we arrived they charged us extra for moving away from a construction next that we didnt even know. The room where we were moved in, had a balcony door which did not lock (broken lock)

This hotel is 20 feet from the beach, which is amazing but that has its drawbacks. The general area isn't great transportation or tourist safety. There is a police 'station' right next to it but it's only operational during the day. There are condos being built on 2 sides of the hotel which can be noisy during the week. For the price I don't think you're going to find a better deal though.

We loved our stay here! A special shout-out to the staff who were amazing—so friendly, helpful, and always impeccably dressed. The place is also incredibly clean, from the rooms to the rest of the hotel. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s right in front of a big rock ("morro") that splits the beach in two. You can literally walk 10 meters to one side and have calm water for swimming, or go to the other side for great surf. Being so close to the Recreio market is a huge bonus too—it’s super convenient for getting cheap, fresh food and finding good deals on just about anything.

Hotel has prime location. Maybe one of the closest hotel to the beach. But everything else is really bad. Everything feels old, loud air condicionar. Cleaning very basic, first day my room was full of sand as soon as I arrived. Breakfast is full of things that does not feels fresh. Everything seems good wise taste old. Really bad coffee, not even an espresso machine. No music in the restaurant. The quietness feels awkward to have breakfast. Receptionists avoid eye contact, super blunt, no welcoming at all. Check in made me fill a paper like I was doing an application. Not worth to stay or to comeback at all.

A localização é perfeita. As fotos não demonstram a dimensão do quarto ( é maior do que parece, fiquei surpresa positivamente).O atendimento é muito bom. Contudo o chuveiro não esquentou praticamente nada ( estava chovendo muito e frio no rio de janeiro). A internet não conectou em momentou algum ( e eu precisava trabalhar). Mas uma recepcionista gentilmente conseguiu colocar uma wifi no meu celular, ai consegui rotear para o meu laptop. O café da manhã foi bom, mas alguns detalhes precisam ser revistos, tais como placa fria para os frios e outras questões.

Durante minha estada, fui agraciada com a gentileza da maioria da equipe, em especial do recepcionista Luiz, cuja educação e cortesia merecem destaque. Todavia, lamento profundamente a conduta de um atendente (de olhos azuis, cujo nome não recordo), cuja postura foi, desde o início, marcada por desprezo e hostilidade. No check-in, demonstrou impaciência, revirou os olhos e usou um tom condescendente ao explicar procedimentos simples, desestimulando até mesmo a leitura dos documentos, como se minha compreensão fosse limitada. Solicitei auxílio com a bagagem, pois estava com uma criança pequena e autista, e fui inicialmente ignorada. Mais tarde, houve uma oferta de ajuda, mas diante da postura anterior, preferi recusar. Em outro episódio constrangedor, ao pedir uma toalha para o chuveirão (algo antes fornecido sem burocracia), fui surpreendida pela exigência de assinatura e pela alegação de que toalhas costumam ser furtadas. A situação foi desconfortável, já que minha filha esperava do lado de fora, com frio. No check-out, o mesmo funcionário repetiu o tratamento ríspido, questionando o consumo do frigobar, diferentemente da abordagem oferecida a outros hóspedes. Sinceramente, não compreendo o motivo de tanto desprezo, já que o observei sendo extremamente cortês com outras famílias. Ressalto, por fim, o excelente café da manhã e a cordialidade dos demais colaboradores que honram o nome do hotel.

Hotel bem razoável. Prédio mais antigo e pareceu que alguns quartos estão sendo reformados o que inclusive gerou bastante incômodo devido ao barulho. Funcionários da recepção não fazem questão de serem gentis, são bem frios e com perguntas que parecem sempre que estão desconfiados de alguma coisa. Café da manhã fraco. Localização é muito boa para quem desejar ficar pertinho da praia no Recreio. Mas pelo valor, há opções melhores.

Estadia muito boa, confesso que me assustei com algumas avaliações falando sobre baratas, porém entrei em contato com eles pra saber, foram bem atenciosos me atendendo, e ao chegar no local estava tudo bem limpo. O prédio parece antigo mas está bem conservado, fiquei no quarto econômico e não é tão pequeno quanto parece nas fotos, tem um tamanho bom. O box do banheiro é estreito e a ducha não é tão forte, porém atende as necessidades. Café da manhã do hotel muito bem servido. Precisei de um ferro de passar roupas e rapidamente o hotel me conseguiu um. Hotel com bom custo benefício. Aprovado.

Precisa ser interditado.

Pela terceira vez no hotel, fiquei negativamente surpreso com a queda na qualidade. Baratas saíam do ralo do banheiro e do vaso sanitário, e antes mesmo de poder relatar o problema, acordei com uma andando sobre minha barriga, debaixo das cobertas. O hotel estava lotado e, naquela noite, apenas trocaram a roupa de cama e aplicaram veneno. No entanto, a infestação continuou — baratas por todo lado. Solicitei uma limpeza completa e o conserto da grelha do ralo, mas nada foi feito. Disseram ter higienizado o quarto, mas nem o vaso sanitário foi limpo, e a barata que encontrei na cama ainda estava morta no chão. No terceiro dia, fui transferido para um quarto limpo, mas teria que mudar novamente na última diária. Ao chegar ao novo quarto, fui recebido por outra barata subindo pela parede. O atendente noturno, além de antipático, afirmou que isso era normal e que o problema afetava todo o hotel. Sem alternativa, cancelei minha reserva e fui para outro hotel. Pelo menos, reembolsaram a última diária. Este local não tem condições de receber hóspedes. Precisa ser urgentemente dedetizado e elevar drasticamente seus padrões de limpeza. Não deveria estar operando nessas condições. Foi minha última experiência aqui.

Infestação de baratas

Pela terceira vez no hotel, fiquei negativamente surpreso com a queda na qualidade. Baratas saíam dos ralos do banheiro e do vaso sanitário, e antes mesmo de poder relatar o problema, acordei com uma andando sobre minha barriga, debaixo das cobertas. O hotel estava lotado e, naquela noite, apenas trocaram a roupa de cama e aplicaram veneno. No entanto, a infestação continuou — baratas por todo lado. Solicitei uma limpeza completa e o conserto da grelha do ralo, mas nada foi feito. Disseram ter higienizado o quarto, mas nem o vaso sanitário foi limpo, e a barata que encontrei na cama ainda estava morta no chão. No terceiro dia, fui transferido para um quarto limpo, mas teria que mudar novamente na última diária. Ao chegar ao novo quarto, fui recebido por outra barata subindo pela parede. O atendente noturno, além de antipático, afirmou que isso era normal e que o problema afetava todo o hotel. Sem alternativa, cancelei minha reserva e fui para outro hotel. Pelo menos, reembolsaram a última diária. Este local não tem condições de receber hóspedes. Precisa ser urgentemente dedetizado e elevar drasticamente seus padrões de limpeza. Não deveria estar operando nessas condições. Foi minha última experiência aqui.

Deixou a desejar

O hotel é bem localizada e com uma vista pro mar muito linda, porém, o resto deixa muito a desejar. Café da manhã não é grande coisa, não dava pra tomar café em paz por conta de um funcionário que ficava falando coisas ofensivas e extremamente auto, a maioria dos funcionários são ríspidos, nada calorosos. Estava em lua de mel, pedi pra preparar o quarto e não foi feito. Não indicaria.
