Nice place ata reasonable price!

Very slow checkin... but very nice! One of the elevators was not working so it would sometimes take a while to get to your room. The lobby was nice and the rooms we ok.. a bit outdated but nice size rooms Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast buffet was very nice with great selections! Overall not a bad hotel for the price! Was great location for The concerts I was there to see!

Convenient, safe location with wonderful view

I took one of the rooms with the view of Pao de Acucar, and it was fantastic. Get up for sunrise and you can get some spectacular pictures. The location felt very safe and was convenient to the Catete station on Rio's Metro line. The staff were great, and all the features of the room (heater, plugs, lamps, TV, bathroom fixtures) worked great. In terms of comforts, it would be great if they used fitted sheets for their mattresses (with the elastic band) to hold them in place. They just used tucked sheets. Not a big deal, but odd. Would also be good to have a coffeemaker/electric tea kettle of some sort given that water in Brazil isn't potable. These are common in most other countries even in 2 to 3 star hotels.

Péssimo

Quando cheguei para fazer check in, o sistema estava fora do ar. Eu e mais 5 cluentes esperamos muito tempo na recepção até resolverem. Me colocaram em um quarto escuro, muito antigo e não muito limpo. E fiquei sem chave, pous o sistema não voltou até a manhã do dia seguinte. Reclamei do quarto e eles disseram que não podiam trocar, pois estavam sem sistema. Retornei ao hotel à noite e consegui o cartão para entrar no quarto. Quando entrei e acendi a luz, tinham 3 baratas. Voltei à recepção e falei que naquele quarto não ficaria mais. Eles me mostraram outros quartos piores. Não quis. Só depois de muita briga e má vontade do recepcionista, resolveram me dar upgrade de quarto. Mas quiseram cobrar a diferença e eu falei que não pagaria. Depois de muito tempo me colocaram em um quarto superior, o qual era mais confortável e limpo.

Hotel que poderia ser de altíssimo nível, com uma das vistas melhores do Rio. Porem quartos velhos e, se pega um quarto interior, além de perder a vista, tem um barulho dos condicionadores e armadores da cozinha. Em alguns quartos a internet falha.

achei o pessoal da recepção bastante lento para fazer o check in, pareciam de má vontade. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar poucas opções , além do ar condicionado está muito gelado. No mais foi tudo bem, é a terceira vez que me hospedo neste hotel. Mas sinto que precisam melhorar o atendimento.
