"The owner was not friendly at all and seemed upset that the room was reserved through Expedia. They really shouldn’t use the word “hotel” to describe this place. The cleaning lady was as sweet as pie, and the young woman who handled check-in was very nice and patient but the way the owner spoke to her was unpleasant to witness. The two positive reviews listed online must be fake because nothing about the accommodations reflects them. There are too many things to list that were not up to par....

"La limpieza del cuarto mala, tuve que quejarme muchas veces, además de eso personal no calificado para el servicio que deben prestar. Desde el principio hasta el final la limpieza de la habitación muy pobre! En el desayuno cosas sucias y falta de atención. No volvería escoger ese hotel para hospedarme, ni tampoco lo recomendaría."

"Great location! Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Problems.... no wifi, tv stopped working after 2 days, light in the bathroom worked on and off and no hot water."

"Ofrecen servicios con los que no cuentan, nos cobraron una habitación con Jacuzzi y este no servía, y la respuesta de la gente era que en el roof garden había otro, claro público. Desde que llegamos más de 1/2 hora para que hubiera acceso al hotel, todo cerrado y sin gente en mostrador ni quien abriera la puerta, y como de película llegó la policía de turismo a avisar que si no se regularizan los van a cerrar, ósea aparte de todo lo malo antes mencionado están irregulares!!! Cero recomendable"
