"The staffs are all welcoming and helpful.. The area is easy access to shop and restaurant.. I loveee it. Thank you i will definitely be back."

"Just the staff was nice and food was ok"

"This was my first time staying here. It is a simple, quiet and cozy hotel located in the outskirts of the city, perfect for a short getaway. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities, and the air conditioner provided me with a comfortable sleep at night. The only downside was that the walls were not soundproof; once a guest next door watched the TV on a high volume and I could hear it from my room, albeit not so clearly. Overall it is much better than the other hotels of the same level...

"Excellent service..clean room"

"Quiet. Good price."

"Cleanliness is excellent 👌 , service excellent.very recommend "

"No lift, only staircase.Inconvinien for old folk or with heavy luggage if you stay lvl 3. 1st glance of room looks ok. But later found small cockroach in the room. Also a small insect on bed sheet. And also, there is small ants on the wall and table. Room is spacious with window for superior type. The toilet layout is strange that need 3 steps on it.Poor sound proof. Wont be return if have a choice."

"Property was decent but bring bug spray windows stay open so there are mosquitoes and a couple roaches evey once in awhile but very good location next to evo mall plenty dining options only 20 minutes from kuala lumpur and several malls close by ioi mall was favorite isebelle restaurant great food amazing lasagna 24 hour security good place to stay for extended visits. "エレベータホールの照明が消えていて、夜はちょっと不安になりますが、近くに大きな商業施設もあり、快適に滞在できました。"

"This place is located above the shopping mall.."

"两张很小的单人床 马币72林吉一晚 问题是房间非常肮脏! 冷气在床头的上方 一层厚厚的灰尘 床边的墙壁都脏兮兮的 是我见过最糟糕的一家酒店!!! 在房间洗个澡然后出外吃东西后回房间拿了行李直接退房! 就算亏了72令吉我也不愿意 在这里呆一晚!!!"

"The room had no windows, but was clean and quiet. There were a LOT of local places to eat right near the hotel"

"The toilet smell bad. its as if someone urinate all over the toilet when we check in.. we check out early due to power failure early in the morning. The staff was rude when we went and ask her regards the power failure. she raise her voice to my husband when was ask about the matter. its just rude and un professional as she said its not her fault in a very high pitch. we hope the management will do something about this matter in the mare future."
