The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a wood-burning stove, leads to a patio ideal for morning refreshments. Additionally, a convenient service bathroom is available.
Upstairs, three air-conditioned double bedrooms offer king-size beds and unique decor, blending original Biedermeier pieces with modern comforts. Bathrooms include walk-in showers, bathtubs, and even a Jacuzzi tub, ensuring a luxurious stay. Surrounding the pool are comfortable daybeds, loungers, and shaded areas, perfect for relaxation. The estate is secured with automated gates, and ample on-site parking is available.

Villa Il Fico accommodates up to 6 adults and 1 child (up to 6 years) in 3 double bedrooms.
The swimming pool is open from mid-May to the end of September (please note it is not fenced).
A damage deposit is required upon arrival, refundable at departure after property inspection.
Rental fee excludes: €300 final cleaning fee, optional heating (€400/week), and additional electricity consumption over 300 kWh/week at €0.35/kWh.
For added convenience, we offer a range of additional services at an extra cost, including housekeeping, maid service, fridge pre-stocking, laundry and ironing, private chauffeur, and personalized cooking experiences.
