Cozy 1 BD APARTMENT.. BON AIR Apartment/ private entrance attached to private home, very comfortable, moments from powhite, 10 -15 min to down town or short pump. 20 to Byrd air port.. parking in back.Cable and wifi, stocked kitchen , washer /dryer , big screen tv , .... Queen size bed, sectional sofa / sleeper in LR.. We do our best to accommodate our guests , PLEASE let us know how we can help!! 1yr leases available and rent to own.
The space
Very comfortable non smoking space for 1 or 2 people.. Price reflects 1 adult no pets. THere is an extra fee for additional guests and pets..
Guest access
Entrance to the unit is located in rear of the residence. Turning in drive , it is the back parking area . THere is a " park " sign on with an arrow pointing right to park.. It is just in back of the first house. THe space will accommodate 2 small cars..
