Was taught no matter how good you are there's always room for improvement. That's the ONLY reason that I didn't give "Excellent" across the board! Staff was professional, top notch and very friendly. Environment was peaceful, pleasant and very, very, very clean. Left Richmond going to Myrtle Beach, SC and that hotel...not so much. Much appreciation for all that you do because you do it WELL!

Just OK, did the job for the weekend. We were able to see different rooms throughout because we were with a group and honestly each room was different as far as cleanliness and upkeep and general cosmetics. Our first room smelled horrible so we requested a move and this may have to do with allowing pets at the property. Waffle maker and breakfast were great for easy mornings.
