The highlight is the private beach at Richmond Pond, perfect for swimming and boating. A tandem kayak is ready for adventures just a short walk away.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, dressed with blankets in warmer months and cozy comforters with duvet covers during cooler seasons. Each room includes a desk for working or journaling and ample storage space to unpack and settle in.

The single bathroom is located on the main floor and features a bathtub with shower, a generous sink, and a large mirror. It’s stocked with the Berkshire Vacation Rental Standard amenities—shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and plenty of towels—to ensure a comfortable stay.

Nestled around Richmond Pond, the surrounding neighborhood is a private, tranquil community dedicated to maintaining its peaceful lakeside charm. You`ll notice right away that the atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, with friendly neighbors and serene surroundings. The neighborhood features its own private lakeside access, where we keep a double kayak for guest use, perfect for enjoying the water.
