"Great experience during Christmas time. The hotel was decorated beautifully. Highly suggest making reservations in advance. The room was amazing, loved the tv in the bathroom. The mattress was not comfortable at all, my husband almost resorted to the floor but ended up turning horizontal across the bottom of the bed and it was slightly better. We will definitely return but maybe with a mattress topper! "

"Daniel’s place is perfect! First we were greeted by a complimentary bottle of wine, which was so nice after an 11 hr drive to Richmond. The apartment was immaculate, beds comfy and awesome shower. Additionally, we had to change our travel dates and they were so accommodating and helpful. Communication was top notch!We have family close by and this will be our new “go to” when we visit. "

"We were really glad to have the chance to visit your hotel again. Room 801 was very nice despite the lack of a view. Valet and front desk staff very pleasant. Only issue was the bathroom door needs fixing. It would not close without being jammed/pushed hard. If we had been there for more than a night we would have requested a repair or room change. Thank you and hope to return soon. "

"Arrived and the type of room we booked was unavailable. No attempt to remedy the situation just a shoulder shrug and sorry. Front desk staff extremely unhelpful and indifferent. Asked for a late checkout to accommodate the errors upon arrival. Was told I’d need to book the room for a full extra day if I wanted to check out 2 hours later than standard time. When asked why the rate the front desk was offering was $60/night more than what was shown online met with another shoulder shrug. Air conditioning brutally loud all night long. Poor reflection on the Hilton brand stay elsewhere."
