I knew it was an "older" place and read the reviews thoroughly, looking for those common factors in the negative but not finding enough to make me swipe up. 「It was clean and on the beach at a great price. The property itself had a nice pool. The property was well maintained and i did not see the random shady people floating around as you do at many hotels in the area. Overall i was pleased, for the price and quality i plan on returning for more beach trips.」

「The property was clean and convenient to port orange restaurants and shops. There was still repair work going on from the hurricane. The pool was non existent as were the stairs going to the beach. It was necessary to go to the next beach access about 2 blocks away to get to the beach. Breakfast was good. The bacon was so thin that it only had one side. The staff was very polite and helpful. Will stay there again.」
