This apartment is ideal for families and couples looking to enjoy a dream setting surrounded by nature, with a multitude of activities throughout the year, including boat navigation on the reservoir. The accommodation features a large living room illuminated by a picture window, a fully equipped kitchen with a small terrace, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a full bathroom, a dining area, and comfortable sofas. It has capacity for four people and includes a cot with bedding and an anti-suffocation pillow, a desk area, and fiber optic Wi-Fi.

The location is perfect for nature and sports lovers: you can practice mountaineering, hiking, cycling, hunting, and all kinds of water sports on the reservoir, including jet ski, kayak, paddle surf, and canoe rentals, and even adventure experiences with 360º turns. The apartment offers easy access to the Riaño mountains and all the Picos de Europa routes in just 10-20 minutes, as well as the Asturian and Cantabrian sides. Among the highlighted excursions is the 8.5 km Route to the Leonese Fjords (Fiordos Leoneses), with departures in the morning and afternoon according to demand.

In season, it is also possible to enjoy the Rutting Season (Berrea) in the Riaño and Mampodre Mountains, generally from September 15th to October 15th (approximate dates), as well as guided tours in the Valderrueda area.
