Tucked away in the peaceful hills of Riano, this inviting villa offers the perfect blend of countryside serenity and easy access to Rome’s historic wonders. The villa’s warm, rustic exterior gives way to thoughtfully designed interiors and beautiful outdoor spaces. Whether you’re sipping wine on the terrace, enjoying a barbecue in the garden, or lounging in the hammock, every detail invites you to relax. While children will be thrilled with the play equipment and party games—making this a family-friendly haven. Inside, gather around the large dining table with loved ones or get cozy by the fireplace in the comfortable lounge. There's plenty of space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The villa also features a bubble bath—perfect for relaxing after a long day—and a high chair to accommodate little guests. Just 28 km from the Eternal City, it's an excellent base for exploring landmarks like the Colosseum, Piazza Navona, and the Vatican Museums—all rich with art, history, and timeless charm. Friends trip!

It was a great stay with everything we needed. The host was great with communicating and we had such an amazing time! Very comfortable stay- beautiful outdoor view.
