「Everything was perfect!The only thing that was missing was a hairdryer!」

「A place where you can rest assured, because Ms. Milena Nikolova is a great professional :) The breakfast is excellent, as are the pools.....but the Spa center leaves a lot to be desired.」

「浴槽があったので、お湯をはり入浴。お湯を抜こうと栓を開けると、お湯が抜けず便器の前の排水口から溢れてきて、バスルームは水浸しに。フロントに電話しようにも説明書類はブルガリア語のみ、やむなく外線で電話した。部屋を変えるというが、夜も遅いし明日修理ということで、応急に敷くタオルを持って来させたが、そなタオルに髪の毛が残っていた。周りに何も無く街まで車で20分かかる。夕食をリゾート内のレストランで済ませたが、チップを要求された。ブルガリアではチップの習慣は無いはずなのに。翌日、排水の修理ができず部屋を変わることに。前夜の不便に対する補償を求めると、ランクアップした部屋に変えたので、それだけ。と言われる。しょうがないが、図体だけゴージャスで中身が伴っていない気がした。」

「The Hotel Tanne is a remarkable escape. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful views, and positioned within a breathtaking courtyard. The food was authentic and delicious. But the most striking aspect is the staff. Our first visit to Bansko, with very rudimentary Bulgarian language skills, the staff nevertheless met our every question and need with a smile and a helpful answer. This place deserves more stars than I am allowed to give.」

「This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. 」

「Nice hotel, got a free upgrade on arrival. They don’t offer couples massage but managed to find another masseuse to accommodate our request. Spa facilities were good. Good value for money, would stay again if we went back for the skiing. 」

「The location at the edge of Bansko is nice and quiet with nature all around. The only down side is that the walls have no soundproofing so you can hear your neighbours conversations quite clearly.」
