Overview
Villa Dias is located in Gennadi, Rhodes. This detached vacation rental

This newly built modern two-storey villa consists of an open plan
living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as a
toilet on the ground floor. An inner staircase leads to the first floor
with two double bed bedrooms (one with a balcony and beautiful sea
views) and a family bathroom with bath and shower. Outside includes a
sheltered patio with dining area, private swimming pool with sunbeds,
BBQ area and private off-road parking.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and
oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

We are already planning our return. We had a great time and we are coming back next year! The locals are all really friendly and there are plenty of activities and trips on offer. The host visited regularly to maintain the pool and grounds, and nothing was too much trouble for him. What else can you do when your 5 and 7 yo daughters keep asking you to go back there and stay a bit longer this time? A big thank you!

The house is centrally located and is a good starting point for exploring the southern island. There is direct access to the long beach. The beach is not managed and therefore wild and almost deserted. But you can go to the sea very well - do not forget your bathing shoes! The mojito beach bar is within walking distance.

Heel leuk afgelegen villa. Wel aan strand met steentjes maar zeer prive waar wij wel van houden! Er waren geen ping pong palletjes aanwezig dus zelf meebrengen. Bij aankomst geen water of niets aanwezig.

Die Villa Dias liegt abseits der touristischen Orte an einem tollen Strand, der fuAŸlA¤ufig zu erreichen ist. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit auf Rhodos verbracht. Die Kommunikation verlief stets schnell und freundlich.
