"Set in beautiful, private gardens opening on to the lake, and very close to Konstanz old town. Large rooms newly fitted out to a very high standard and the pool is equally good. The staff were excellent - very welcoming. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent communication from the host and a very convenient location. It would have been nice if there had been paper towels or napkins available. There is also a large exterior building light right outside one of the bedroom windows that is on all night and attracts a lot of bugs. This would not be a problem in winter, but as it was very hot and the windows had to be opened in the evening, it was a bit inconvenient. However, this is nothing that the landlord could have changed."

"Breakfast is included and compared to included breakfast at other hotels it is oustanding. Lot's of great choices. Our room was on the small side, but it had a very nice shower. Everything was clean and in great condition. There is a bus stop on the street right in front of the hotel, which takes you directly to downtown Konstanz. Bus fares are included with your stay."

"This property is situated right on the lake with gorgeous restful views of the lake. The pool was a must for us & we loved the outdoor pool with views of the lake. The morning breakfast buffet was fantastic with beautifully layed out daily choices. The staff are professional & aim to please. The lobby and rooms have a beautiful tasteful up to date decor. A lot of pride is taken at this hotel."

"What an amazing hotel in the very center of Constanz!! They let you unload in front of the hotel and then give you a parking pass for a public lot a few easy blocks away. The front of the building is spectacular- it's an old building with painted murals on the front. Our room had stained glass windows. The room was large, bathroom clean and the beds very good. Very quiet. It's on the central walking street and connects to the harbor. The staff was so nice and helpful about the area and the toll pass I'd need to get into Switzerland which I hadn't heard about. We had a delightful dinner down the street in front of the cathedral which sadly had scaffolding. Idk about their dining room bc it was closed on Mondays. We had breakfast down by the harbor about a 5 min. walk. Excellent stay and hotel and I will be coming back."

"The room was clean and comfortable, The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but staff helpfully supplied a kettle when requested. Hotel was a pleasant 20 minutes walk along the river to the old town and public transport options are also available, A very pleasant stay."
