"I was really impressed with your CityHosts. It was like having a concierge during my stay. They recommended a good late night place to get a sample of Icelandic cuisine and gave good instructions on how to get to the bus station. They were helpful with my pre-ordered breakfast and coffee, which was very good. Thank you for the gift of the quality breakfast cooler bag. The quality of the Pod and the linens was outstanding. The whole place felt so hushed and secure, very relaxing. The bathrooms and shower were meticulous. Very good experience."

"The hotel is in a central location close to numerous restaurants and the Harpa concert hall. Overall, the staff was very helpful in arranging for taxi rides. The reason for the four stars is because there was a charge to use the spa - which was not much of a spa in my opinion. (It was more like a trough filled with warm water and a sauna) The Breakfast buffet (additional charge) was good with lots of tasty options. This was Our first trip to Iceland so I would suggest that you lower your expectations for what is considered to be a “luxury” hotel. Instead, Enjoy the central location to shops etc, and the central bus station which is a 20 minute walk and a few blocks from both city and tour bus stops."

"Friendly staff, nice rooms, a little bit uncomfortable here and there's *pillows some of the blankets were way too warm with minimla ventilation* so hot sleepers like myself need to cool off throughout the night at times. Still a comfortable stay once the room cooled down to comfortable temperatures."
