It was the perfect basecamp for us as we travel mostly during the day and came back to the best amenities and such a great open space for all of us to relax. 「Very comfortable and well equipped cabin. Conveniently located for Golden Circle destinations and beyond. Very responsive host. Communication was excellent. We did not use the 3rd bedroom open loft area but it would be fun for children to have their own space with TVs and headphones. We really enjoyed our time here and would stay again at this property.」

「Had the most amazing stay here. Beautifully appointed cottages with panoramic views surrounding. The cottages are amazing inside, warm, cozy and the most incredible bed. Shower is rainfall, bathroom was well equipt and the communication throughout was amazing! Willl recommend for sure - plus we saw the northern lights which is why we picked this location (along with accessibility to things nearby)」

「This was our second trip to Iceland for hiking. This place is amazing! Lots of room, very comfortable and quiet. Very modern, clean, and well-laid out. Great eating area, plenty of room for relaxing, and great windows with a spectacular view. We launched from here to hike at Glymur Canyon, Haifoss Falls, and Skogafoss trail, all under a 2 hour drive. Also, very close is a great hike called Midfell at Fludir. Easy drive to Vic. We also made it to Mulagljufur Canyon (spectacular) near the Glacier...

「We started our Iceland holiday with first 2 nights stay at cabin 5A. I’m glad we did as it set the bar really high and at the end of our 9 day trip, the family unanimously agreed this was our favourite accommodation in the entire trip! Cabin had everything we needed, extremely clean, hosts were v responsive, and being in open lands (yet near enough to nearby towns), we were treated to 2 nights of auroras when we were there!! The hot tub brought so much joy too, can’t wait to be back! 」

「Tolle kleine Unterkunft. Genauso haben wir es uns vorgestellt. Alleine dass das Wasser nach Schwefel und somit nach faulen Eiern gerochen hat und dadurch duschen, Zähne und sowie Hände Putzen ein wenig eklig waren, sind negativ zu bewerten wofür aber der Eigentümer sicher nichts kann. 」
