「We really enjoyed our stay at the Casa Dei Delfini. The building has been beautifully renovated by the owners and was very easy to find from the instructions given. It is located in a pedestrian area which is very quiet and very typical of Old Town Rethymno, and a few minutes walk away from all local amenities and sites. 「Put simply, the experience feels entirely disconnected from guests' needs. Many of the choices seem to have been made without considering the people who actually use the rooms. For example, upon entering, a coffee set was placed squarely in the middle of the table, leaving no space to use the surface. The desk drawer handles are oversized and protrude into the body of the desk. Opening them reveals empty interiors, which seems unnecessary and thoughtless.」
