Villa Maria spans 100m2 and is constructed with stone walls and large wooden beams adorning the ceilings, divided into two levels.

The ground floor of Villa Maria comprises a dining and living room adorned with traditional curved furniture, a cozy fireplace, satellite television and a fully-equipped kitchen. An air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom are also located on this level.

Beneath the balcony, a dining table provides the perfect setting to savor a meal or breakfast while admiring the splendid views of the verdant hillsides and the river.

Ascending to the first floor, you'll find an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a spacious balcony offering breathtaking views.

The private swimming pool, measuring 3x7m and 140cm deep, invites relaxation, swimming, and sunbathing amidst the magnificent natural surroundings, accompanied by the melodies of rare birds. Umbrellas, deck chairs, and towels are thoughtfully provided around the pool area.

Eva and Stratos, the discreet owners, reside on the third level of Villa Maria, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and memorable holiday experience.

Villa Maria is a secluded retreat, featuring private outdoor parking enclosed by a rare stone fence with an automatic door.

Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and central heating, accommodating 2 to 5 persons comfortably.
