No me ha gustado el desayuno, decía ser buffet, la primera noche no lo fue y en la segunda muy malo como buffet. Se sentían los ruidos de las otras habitaciones.

Non è un 3 stelle
Personale accogliente e disponibile. Il problema sono le condizioni dell’hotel. Struttura vecchia, poca manutenzione, ferma agli anni 80. Camera fredda perché i termosifoni poco caldi, siamo stati costretti ad utilizzare una stufetta elettrica, già presente in camera (a norma?). Acqua tiepida in camera la mattina, di 4 prese elettriche solo due utilizzabili. Per non parlare del materasso e del letto, estremamente rumoroso e per nulla confortevole. Sicuramente non è un hotel a 3 stelle, al massimo 2 considerate le condizioni.

Innanzitutto, non abbiamo soggiornato presso l'hotel Unterhinnerhof, che avevamo prenotato per una notte. Siamo stati spostati in altra struttura dove ci è stata dato un appartamento e non una camera di albergo. Abbiamo dormito su un divano letto. Inoltre la camera era molto fredda e non c'era riscaldamento. Alla nostra richiesta di avere altre coperte e di mostrarci dove fosse il riscaldamento, ci è stato risposto di trovarle da noi. Di positivo la cena e il luogo tra bellissime montagne e comunque vicino alla città di Bolzano

Hiking at Dolomites
Hotel has a very nice location on a hill in vicinity of Bozen. Service was friendly and room was clean. On the minus side there was lot of flies in the breakfast room which had to be constantly evicted. Also the rooms have extremely poor sound proofing. After I got a neighbor to a room next to me I was able to hear everything they were talking. Luckily they went to sleep early. The rooms don't have window blinds or thick curtains and you can practically see to neighbors room from other room's balcony unless you close the bulky shade doors that were blocked by balcony table. Also I did not like that the staff came to my room with their own keys without knocking two times during the same morning. With some small improvements this would ne a wonderful hotel, because the location is so beautiful and handy.

Ho prenotato questo albergo ancora il 16 maggio. Quando sono arrivato, il 23 agosto, si erano dimenticati della mia prenotazione e l'hotel era pieno... ho dovuto soggiornare in altri due hotel per due notti in attesa che si liberasse una stanza... La posizione ha del potenziale, ma non è possibile commettere una leggerezza del genere...

Malissimo da ogni punto di vista dal check in (il proprietario ci ha fatto aspettare forse 15 minuti perché doveva finire le chiacchiere con i clienti al bar e quando sono andata a chiamarlo mi a risposto anche brutto),alla camera stretta con un bagno piccolissimo e sporchissimo senza bidè, la colazione lasciamo perdere , con dei cornetti del giorno prima, poca roba comunque. La cosa che ci a più schifato e che era pieno di mosche vive e morte dappertutto nella sala colazione, nel ristorante, ti si voltava lo stomaco. Purtroppo una brutta esperienza 😞

Good location, nice terrace, step in and out shower was borderline dangerous, AC did not cool the room very well, breakfast needs work as they need to add fruit and coffee to the menu. The music in the bar at night was loud and pretty bad with a pre/recorded dance track and a singer on piano that was more like karaoke than a live musician

Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto una buona esperienza di soggiorno, siamo in attesa di rimborso. Pulizia e igiene pessima,nemmeno una stella sarebbe avrebbe avuto un livello tale. È stata una situazione di disagio molto forte per noi, non è concepibile.

Vi havde bestilt et værelse med balkon, men fik det ikke. Vi ventede over en time på maden, på trods af at vi bestilte dagens ret. De havde glemt os, både bestilling og levering af mad måtte vi rykke for. Ventede også længe på i indtjekning. Udsigten fra restauranten er fantastisk
