「Kathy was very responsive and Brian even came to install a window A/C when the bedroom was getting up to 94 degrees despite the other A/C unit. We had access to the Carnegie Mellon Natural History Museum and the Pittsburgh zoo within 20 minute drives. All wonderful places for our 4yo to visit.
