"Arrived late but had checked in on my phone already so getting a key at the desk was easy. Rooms were clean and what we needed for a quick stay. Noisy as there were local deliveries or dumpsters being emptied around 1am."

"The room was infested with ants, there wax a big gap about a quarter inch wide, around the door that let a lot of light in all night, the linens were mostly stained, there was a shower, no tub, slippery black slime on the shower floor, the room wax not big enough for 2 beds, but they squeezed them in anyway. No microwave in laundry room (was shown in pics). The air conditioner worked, but it was against one of the beds. I found a $20 bill rolled up tightly (clearly used for drugs), behind my car in the parking lot. Not sure how this place has such a decent rating when it was really not good at all. The staff was polite but I didn't have much interaction with them."

"Property is in poor shape. And I mean poor shape. Peeling paint , leftover holders for Kleenex boxes and heaters left on walls, stained carpet. The front desk lady wasn’t very helpful. No explanation of WiFi password or returning of key Expected better quality property from hotels.com"

"Let me begin and end by saying staff was very accommodating and informative. Room although clean had a hint of cigarette smoke upon arrival that never quite left. didn’t do breakfast but told selection was limited and expensive. location of hotel isolated guests relied food delivery services. internet service complicated when in lobby awaiting uber."

"Everything was perfect and just as described. The loose railing next to the front door was a bit alarming - my 6 year old almost fell off the loose railing. But everything else was amazing"
