「Breakfast was almost non-existent. I don’t know if the breakfast area is contracted, because the guys was leaving at the end if the week, but there was very little in the way of stuff on the breakfast bar.」

「Breakfast was fine, staff friendly & helpful. Parking was perfect. Only complpaint? That was the dirtiest room I've stayed in in a long time. Large dead bug on a/c, live bug running through bathroom, sink had a lot of tiny pieces of ?? all over it (I have a picture). Also, faucet was just dirty, toilet looked in need of cleaning, floor sticky. Made me not want to touch anything. BUT, the beds were clean & comfortable.」

「Ok... So there's definitely NOT a pool. It's was as low end as it gets ... Like, we walked outside and found a bullet on the ground right outside the door. They double booked the room, so someone else had keys to our room.... 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay at Copperhead. Our cabin was very clean, comfortable and cozy, and the staff, especially Denise, was very friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the huge, wraparound porch. The Flying Trout had great food and live entertainment. Not mentioned in other reviews is that it is close to an Appalachian Trail access point on Route 19. All in all, a very relaxing mountain hideaway.」

「The Hotel was on the edge of town, but was in reasonable walking distance to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. It is beside the river so there isn't a ground floor and there is only one elevator, so please be patient. The staff was helpful, breakfast bar was good, and it has access to the river and a pool.」

「Air conditioning was bad.. too much noise but no cooling. On top of that I get call at 1am to tune down then music when I was sleeping. Front desk lady didn’t bother to check outside room and just called me randomly because she heard something from downstairs.. it was really weird.」

「Brought my Siser here for her birthday. We both loved it. Loved our room overlooking the river. The staff was wonderful and welcoming and the kitty stretched out on the front desk was a special added treat. The room was clean and spacious. I can't say enough of the Helendorf. I do know we can't wait to return.」

「The location was nice and a great view. Staff at the front desk were very good and accommodating. The continental breakfast was okay. Parking was convenient. Where they lack is in cleanliness, floors were so dirty. The pillow had a bad odor when I took the cover off it was yellow and had mold. I reported it to the front desk. The chair in the room was stained badly. The bedcover had a smell and were humid. With that alone I would not return or recommend this place」

「Not handicap friendly in any way. 2 handicap parking spots for entire property. 1at resort and one at golf area. One at resort taken up alot iof time by valet staff with cars with no placard or license plate. Lots of hills, steps. They charge extra $35 per day to use "amenities" which are down hills, steps and poorly maintained. View is beautiful but everything else needs work.」

「Steps are very dangerous as I didn’t know the bottom landing was so dangerous especially for my mother. Thermostat upstairs wouldn’t come on as it looks like it is not attached properly. The place is beautiful outside but overall not for me. 」
