House was comfortable and as photographed. The host was communicative with some delay as they were overseas at the time of our stay.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Redding
The hotel is not being maintained. The woodwork is damaged and not painted. The coffee maker was unusable. The pillows were lumpy and old . The shower curtain was ready to fall off. The light switches and electrical outlets were old and dirty.
