Avoid busy snorkelling trips and especially any trips going to the Orange Island! Although the spa itself is relaxing the extra treatments are not worth the money and not great. The day trip to Luxor was the highlight- highly recommended "

"Overall the hotel was amazing and the staff went out of the way to make you feel welcome, my only suggestion would be a better selection of snacks, the food was limited to the same thing and the food was like warm, other than that I was over the moon with the hotel "

"Our villa was great. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our butler Mustafa was the best! He made our stay very enjoyable and provided extreme luxury. He went out of his way to cater to us and to make sure we enjoyed our stay. He even texted us after we left to make sure we got home safe. Wow! The resort general manager, Nader also spent some time with us to get our feedback. The resort is exceptional and the food is great. We will be back! Highly recommended. "
