The Red Chair Retreat at Red River

Upon entry into this lovely townhome you will walk into our open concept living room with a fold-out sofa, a wood fireplace, flat screen ROKU TV, half bath housing the washer/dryer, and the comfy, well equipped kitchen with lots of counter top space and cabinets, dishwasher, Keurig Coffee Maker, and necessary cookware and gadgets. Up the stairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath to share. The master bedroom houses a Queen sized bed, flat screen Smart TV, and a private South facing balcony looking towards the Southern Mountain and Main Street.



The guest bedroom features a dual queen sized bunk bed.



This home is complete with Wi-Fi and Roku TVs so when you want to kick back and enjoy your evenings after a fun filled day then you have the amenities to do so... This home has gorgeous views from each of the decks/balconies.

Great short stay

We stayed 3 nights to ski. The property had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

The location was good, the size was good the kitchen was well stocked. We had a mouse scare and the property manager was very prompt at addressing it. The beds are comfortable, the showers have hot water. There were enough towels and the home was well decorated for Christmas to give a very warm and cozy feel. Only issue that I think should be fixed - We could not keep a steady temperature inside of the property. It was too cold down and too hot upstairs. We upped the temp downstairs and it did not work. We lowered the temperature upstairs and it did not work. We slept in the heat and it is not fun if you’re a peri menopausal woman or a teenager ! We tried and we are engineers and so above average at solving problems but could not solve this one.
