車の人は注意が必要。

部屋にエアコンが無いので夏場の温度調節は窓を開ける事になる。洗濯機や食器洗浄器、洗剤まで揃っていて、ファシリティは充実。隣接する道路は11:00～16:00しか通行出来ず、それ以外の時間帯は違反キップが切られるので、車でくる人は注意が必要。近所の商業施設のパーキングに車を停める事になった。

部屋が広いのは魅力だが騒音がヒドイ！

ジョン・ルイスというデパートのすぐ裏だったが、間口が狭くひっそりと立て看板があるだけだったので見つけられず、通行人複数に聞いても誰も知らなくて右往左往させられた。部屋はゆったりとしていてのびのび過ごせたが、掃除を1週間に一度しかしてもらえないので7泊した私としては気持ち悪かった。ゴミも同様で、こちらは部屋の前にゴミ箱を出せばよいようだった。電子レンジ、オーブン、トースター、鍋、食器各種、食洗機、洗濯機及び洗剤は揃っていた。調理したい人は調味料、オイルは各自で用意する必要がある。他のレビューにあるよう騒音は凄かった！最初の2日間は夜7時から11時くらいまで工事現場のようなガシャーンという音が連続して聞こえ落ち着けなかった。深夜になると広場で若者が大きな声で話すので耳栓をしていても起こされた。ただ、ベッドには快眠シートがあったため熟睡できた。途中、起こされてもまた眠ることが出来た。オラクルという大型ショッピングセンターの一角にあるため何かと便利な立地だった。ジョン・ルイスの表側はハイストリート（歩行者天国）でマークス＆スペンサーというスーパーやお店がたくさんあって便利だった。レセプションの人ががコロコロ変わり、ハウスキーピングも含め人種差別する人が多かったので不愉快だった。

部屋はいろんなタイプがあり、1名で長期滞在だと少し割高ですが 2名で2ベッドルームにすると1名辺りのコスパが良いです。あと、キッチンはリビングと別々になっているのでルームシェアできる感じにはなっています。

大型のショッピングモールが近く（徒歩1分圏内）にあり、非常に便利です。ただ、モールに近いのもあり外の音は大きいので短期滞在はお勧めできますが長期滞在の場合はもう少し離れたところの方が良いかもしれません。

If located at the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street and at all hours. You’ll need to bring earplugs and eye mask! Also, be aware that the hot water cylinder only heats overnight, so not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings! Building could do with refurbishment.

Reading is the perfect hub for travels in and around London - this property allowed us to stay in a 2-bedroom flat with kitchen, washer/dryer; everything is walkable - we loved it and would stay there again.

Good location but noisy

Great location in the center of Reading a short walk from the station. Located close to bus routes linking with sites in the area. It is a bit noisy as the seals around the windows seem to have perished a little.

Great stay in centre of Reading

Great stay, right in the centre of Reading. A whole one bedroomed apartment, kitchen equipped dishwasher and washer/dryer. Yea and coffee provided. Great communication. Great price. Secure car parking underneath apartments. My only negative is there wasn’t a mattress protector on the bed.

The flat was very noisy, we could ear everything that was happening in the busy street bellow and the bed was very small for 2 people. It is very central and with all appliances needed for medium to long term stay.

I did not receive my VIP perk which was supposed to be a bottle of wine. I forgot to ask about it and made a mistake when completing the Expedia check in feedback by saying that I had received the wine....we never did. This property is PERFECT for the location to restaurants, the grocery store (Sainsburys, M&S Food), shopping, the bus line, you name it. That is why we booked this specific unit, along with the available space for a week long stay. I am not sure if we were supposed to receive daily housekeeping or not. We did not receive any housekeeping all week so maybe I am wrong. I did not follow up with the front desk. Our specific flat was not open with the kitchen like what is shown in the photo. Our kitchen was in a different closed room which was disappointing.

Apartment itself is good, staff are friendly and helpful, location also convenient, PPC just no air conditioning but window in one of the two rooms are basically unable to be opened, and not allowing good ventilation. Area nearby extremely noisy at night time from pubs and drunk persons on the street until 3am every night.

Very helpful staff

The staff is very nice and willing to help. But the bathroom has kind of drainage problem and the washer dryer capacity is low. Only 5 Kg.

Very noisy

The room was basic but had the essentials. The location was central but incredibly noisy. There was a alarm the went off in the early hours of the morning On each night we stayed so spent the days exhausted. Would not stay here again

Excellent apartments in the centre of Reading

Super-clean apartments with friendly staff right in the centre of Reading. Fully-fitted kitchen with laundry facilities means this is a perfect long-stay residence. I will return.

Nice place

Really nice place, service was good when I didn't realise reception shut at 9pm - they had a backup plan. Only problems I had were a leaky gutter causing a lot of noise in the courtyard and kettle didn't work, but I'm sure they'll be fixed soon!

Kitchen was separate but pictured as one with the living area online, bed was very comfortable, place was very clean and presentable. Receptionist Iuliana was great, very polite, welcoming, informative and friendly throughout our stay.

I booked 3 rooms. The hotel were accommodating when we arrived to allowed us parking earlier than check-in; however, it went down hill from there. We checked in later than evening to discover our 3 rooms were separate, not by floors by different hotel locations, 2 rooms were located within 1 building and the other room located down the road. This was the first disappointment of the evening that the hotel could not accommodate all 3 rooms which were booked under the same booking reference in the same location. Furthermore, my grandfathers room were up several sets of stairs, an elderly gentlemen who is partially disabled. This caused problems as the lift was broken with a gentleman due out to fix it that evening but never turned up, between the 5 of us we managed to get my grandfather up to his room. All rooms were meant to have amenities in them, only 1 room had wine in with the others not, 2 rooms had bottled water with the 3rd no water - in consistencies was very common! Lastly & least disappointing a neighbor to one of our rooms (in the main block) had a party all night long with several guest arriving during the evening, excessively loud music and banging throughout the night. An interrupted / lack of sleep is an understatement. When checking out (with the receptionist only turning up at gone 10am); we explained the above to her. She apologies and gave 1 bottle of wine as a gesture. Unfortunately we will not be recommending or staying at premier suites again!

Privacy and comforts, It's in the middle of the city very accessible, we made our stay great and relax Ready to travel back home, excellent,stay we will come back and book again to premiere suite next time

Allocated apartments in separate buildings although we booked last year! Apart from this we had a great stay.
