"There was not a kitchen, only a mini fridge. It ended up freezing our food we brought, so it wasn't very helpful. "

"The Hilton Garden Inn North Phoenix is a nice hotel. No compaints except that they charge for parking. I hate hotels that charge for parking. Just another fee that Expedia did not include or diclose. I might have chosen a different hotel if I knew that an additional $10 per night would be added onto my stay."

"Kitchen wasn't stocked all that well, unit was cleaned ok but the floors(laminate) hadn't been mopped in a long time. They were very dirty. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice, but they didn't have much staff on hand. Building is made of wood, so you hear people walking if there is a room above you. Wore ear plugs at night and that was fine. Close to the highway, so convenient that way. Would stay again if the place was cleaner. "

"Room was clean, staff was nice. Our stay was was based on being close to the Mayo Clinic. It is super close so very convenient "

"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails and left voicemail to check on ADA room accommodation and heard nothing back. I had requested ADA at the time of booking on Expedia. I did not receive ADA room. Parking was $30/car, my cost of the room was exorbitant and parking should have been included. Little bugs and spiders were in the room. No clue where the ice-maker or other amenities were. Not much information and communication about property. We had an enjoyable stay nonetheless!"
