「I stay at this particular Hampton Inn several times a year. The best thing about this is the staff. The people who manage the kitchen and keep the breakfast buffet going, the maintenance and housekeeping staff are so helpful and professional. The rooms and common spaces are always clean, the outside landscaping is well kept and always clean. My only negative comment is it’s time for some updating. 「I stayed at this hotel for five days, and it was a very disappointing experience. The first day, the room was acceptable, but after that, housekeeping was extremely poor. On the second day, I had to take out my own trash because no one cleaned the room. I reported the issue, but the next day the room was in even worse condition. By the fourth day, the housekeeping supervisor had to come personally to clean the room. The breakfast was good .Throughout my stay, the bed sheets were never changed....
