Dear Sir / Madam, The type of the bungalows are clearly stated with pictures before you booked, whether it's going to be a 2 stories duplex (Duplex Family Suite Bungalows), or single bungalow (Deluxe Bungalows, A.C. Standard Bungalows), or twin bungalow (Twin Bungalows with Fan, Bungalows with Fan), which have 2 units attached to another. Consequently, I believed that you booked the fan bungalows, which there are 2 units together and not happy with it, even though you have a choice of picking the single ones. Sometimes, we upgraded our guests to the single ones subject upon availability. But since you're complaining means that we didn't but that is not what we can do every time. Of course the single bungalows are more expensive, but again when you booked a bungalows that resembles the pictures in expedia means that you have a consensus to stay in that type of bungalow you chose. If you do not want to stay in the twin ones then why bother booking that one from the start? Therefore, it is not fair to us and it shouldn't be an issue, resulting in the rating 2 out of 5.
