"This is a nice chalet in the woods. Woodstove worked very well along with the hot tub. The hot tub was nice and warm, much better than the last 2 hotels we stayed in. Worked well for a ski vacation at.Le Massif de Charlevois."

"The temperature control was not easy to set or did not work as expected. I wanted to have about 18 degree Celsius over night and was not able to get that. Also would suggest to have a Nespresso machine in the property. Very happy with the retal property otherwise. The above are only a couple of suggestions to improve your bussiness. Thanks."

"La Charlebois 24 is, indeed, a tranquil retreat. It is close to Baie St. Paul and on the River route to Malbaie. We were two adults and two dogs (we brought our dog crates). The space was perfect for us. The house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped. Our host was responsive and helpful. A very enjoyable stay. "

"Nice property clean and spacious. More information is needed to control heating and air conditioning of the house. New pots and pan would be nice. Spa was good. I think asking the customer to start a towel wash with javex before leaving is a bit much given the fees charged. "

"beau chalet (terrain bien amenage), bel endroit, spa defaillant mais fonctionne correctement, quelques crochets dans le chalets necessitant detre remplace. la porte de la salle de bain ferme mal, plusieurs mouches fruits/terreau dans la douche. mon plus gros bemol concerne lhote peu present et receptif au besoin (jaurais voulu aller teletravailler le vendredi apres midi car javais reserver du vendredi au lundi inclusivement. il faut dire que le chalet netait pas loue du mercredi au vendredi) cependant je me suis fait repondre des message copier coller a 2 reprises pour me faire dire quil ne peut rien faire (jaurais apprecie quil communique avec lequipe dentretient menager pour valider si ca aurait ete possible darriver a lavance). A mon avis, il semble utiliser la loi du moindre effort. dans mon email de confirmation, ce netait egalement pas adresser a mon nom mais plutot une autre personne. bref, je recommande lendroit, mais nayez pas trop dattente envers lhote.
