"SECURITY BREACH!!!! A very upsetting experience. While I was inside my room another guest opened my door using a key with no knock or warning. This immediately made me feel unsafe because a hotel room should be a secure and private space. I reported the incident to multiple employees and had to personally ask for the manager because it was not escalated. Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the situation the manager focused on explaining why it supposedly could not have happened and claimed the rooms were not even occupied despite obvious confusion about the room numbers. In the end the situation was brushed off as a simple mistake. Mistakes can happen but a guest being able to open another occupied room is a serious safety issue and should be handled with accountability and concern for the guest. Unfortunately that was not the experience I had here."

"Our room was reserved for ocean view. Upon arrival the manager at the front desk gave us a room looking into the courtyard. I went back to ask about the slight and he said that room is what we booked and Expedia was wrong in their description. After, a back and forth he finally gave us a room that had an ocean view. I’m going to state here that you tend to get what you pay for. Small room, oversized furniture that makes it even smaller. Hotel has spruced itself up overtime it seems but still feels tired and could use a little deferred maintenance. Location not so bad. Healthy walk into the village. "

"Cute newly refurbished hotel. Fun cool design. Great central location. Friendly staff. Thoughtful touches like beach amenities, wine, cookies. Expensive parking which we did not utilize. Coastal rooms were large and away from street noise. I will stay here again."
