Great home for large family. Game room was a great bonus for kiddos, firepit to unwind after long day, in our case a daughter wedding. Would definitely stay here again.

Friends and family get together weekend

This was a great place for two families to stay with small children. It was nice to have separate areas to go to when it was bedtime for each family. The kids loved the firepit and making smores. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

In Town for Wedding

Stayed here for a family wedding. Nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Nice back deck. Beds were comfortable. Playroom with air hockey, foozball, and four arcade games was great for the kids. Only real issue was the thermostat which kept resetting to a programmed temperature that was much too high. Otherwise, the place worked out well for our family.

The house was the perfect size with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for 7 adults, very close by to whatever we needed. The only issues was the master bath shower was not clean and the coffee maker had mold in it, seemed like no one had been there in a while. Other than that it was fine.

Convenient home

We are so glad we found this convenient home that was not too far from my family who lives in Apex. The games downstairs kept the children busy all weekend when we weren't out with the rest of the family. The pillows on all beds were not as comfortable as we would like. Maybe updating the towels (some had a good amount of stains on them), but there were plenty to choose from! The house overall was clean, but could use a deep cleaning (under furniture, beds, baseboards, dusting lights, shelves, ect). Was happy to see both a keurig and regular coffee maker also. Overall happy with our stay and will keep it in mind for next time! Thank you!

My family of 11 had a wonderful stay here for my fiancé's birthday. The house was clean and comfortable and there was lots to do nice and close. We went to Raleigh improv, RushHour Karting, the Alamo theater, and had to make a stop at torchy's. Our toddler niece loved the house and was obsessed with the games and making smores. She didn't want to leave. Can't be more grateful for our comfortable stay here!

Graduation weekend with family

Spent a few days in NC for our grandson and nieces graduation. The home looked exactly as it did online. Was able to check in a little early after communicating with host. It’s a nice place if you have teenagers and you are hosting a small gathering.. indoors only. Property manager/host, very responsive and professional. I would secure this property again for a small weekend gathering.

The house is a lot bigger than it looks in the photos. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. We appreciated the access to paper products, cleaning products, and other much needed supplies, like coffee and pantry seasonings. The community was friendly and safe.

The house was very nice, and fit our family well. Our main concern was that the hand rails were very loose, and some of the spindles were not attached. Also, the driveway needs to be repaired. Very uneven, probably due to roots. Our car scraped everytime.

Very nice holiday weekend stay.

We were looking for a large house while visiting with family for the holidays. This rental was a great find, the kitchen was well stocked and the 7 of us had plenty of room. The owner was responsive to messages. Overall, a nice, comfortable stay.

Nice house

Overall, house was good. Here's the pros and cons. Pros: Extremely spacious! We were in town for a family reunion and 7 of us stayed in the house. The home could have easily accommodated a larger group. The layout was perfect and gave everyone the privacy needed. Love the private room and extra living space downstairs. The teenagers were comfortable and my mom (with mobility issues) enjoyed not having to climb the stairs. Overall, the house was clean enough. Good coffee pods for the Keurig. No creamer though which wasn't a huge deal but it would've been nice to have. Neighborhood was nice and quiet...just what we were looking for. Ease of access- the owner sent checkin info the day of and never bothered us. I didn't feel like we were being watched or monitored which was nice. I loved that fact that his instructions were clear that he was ok with gatherings as long as the noise levels were respectful. We didn't take him up on that, nevertheless it was nice knowing we didn't have to worry about him tracking how many folks showed up or if we had people over. Master bathroom has a bidet. I was so happy because I have them in my home and it's always a bummer not having one while traveling. I'll leave it at that. :) Cons: The furniture could definitely use some updating. It's clear the owner put minimal effort in the furniture/decor. It was not horrible, but definitely could use some touching up. Beds were ok, but not the most comfortable I've experienced in a hotel/rental home. The pillows were flat and cheap. The host didn't leave bottled water for the guests. I don't know if I'm spoiled from past experiences but I've always appreciated the host thinking about small touches like water for when the guests arrive. The grill was dirty from the previous guests. We were going to use the grill but it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned in a while so we decided not to. The deck was also kind of dirty and full of leaves which I feel could've been tended to prior to our arrival. The overhead microwave was broken so there was a small countertop microwave to use. Some of the guests were a bit disappointed that two of the bedrooms did not have TVs. There was a TV in the master upstairs and the bedroom downstairs. The other two upstairs rooms did not have TVs. I'm listing all of my personal cons in an effort to be thorough. However, none of them were severe enough to keep us from booking this property again. We enjoyed!
