Pet friendly home near NCSU/Centennial/ Meredith
Our duplex is close to NSCU & Meredith College. It is only 2 miles to Centennial Campus where all the engineering is of NCSU. If you like walking in nature or running, we are less than a few miles to Lake Johnston where there are 3 miles of paved trails, boat rentals and picnic facilities. We're 15 minutes to down town Raleigh. Avent Ferry Shopping Center is walkable and only half a mile away. This is a pet friendly space with a $150 fee per pet. Please pick up after your pet.
The space
This is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath duplex with front porch & back patio, living room and dining room open to each other, kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer that you are free to use. You can bring a pet but there will be a pet fee of $150. Please pick up after them.
Guest access
There is a full kitchen with all the standard stuff to cook up a great meal. There is tea or coffee for your enjoyment and spices in the cupboard.. Feel free to use the washer and dryer in the laundry room.
Other things to note
Our duplex has stairs. Because of it's proximity to NCSU there are many college students in the area. However there are also many families and young professionals living nearby as well.
