The middle floor is centred around the large open kitchen, living and dining area that leads onto another welcoming balcony overlooking the pool. This level gives you views out to the surrounding bush and treetops. The kitchen is brand new and features beautiful stone benchtops, gas cooktop, large island and plenty of cupboard and drawer space. On this level you'll find another master bedroom suite with bushland views, walk in robe and ensuite, and the fifth bedroom and bathroom.

The ground floor has even more space for entertaining with a large BBQ deck that leads down to the pool. Also on this level is an extra room for study, separate laundry room and another bathroom for when you're coming in from the pool or beach. Vehicle accommodation is a double lock up garage with remote roller door, plus off street parking space.
