"The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. The lobby, whole hotel, and room was immaculate. Great Breakfast …had bfast sandwiches, oatmeal, cereal, boiled eggs, bagels, cinnamon rolls, Starbucks coffee.

"We stopped here while traveling through town. Room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly! Value of the room was good even with the $40 pet fee. We appreciated having a washer and dryer available to do a load of laundry."

"We had a room reserved here, but did not stay due to the rudeness of the front desk help. All I said was that I was surprised about the pet fee since it was not clearly listed on the hotels.com site like others were. I had chosen this hotel because others said they HAD pet fees, but this one only said pets allowed. When I questioned the pet fee, the manager very rudely told me it WAS listed on the site, and she would find it and show it to me! I told her I had not seen it on the site, and she said you don’t have to stay here! I can cancel the reservation and you can go elsewhere! There was no need to escalate the situation. I had my card out and was willing to pay the fee. We don’t typically travel with pets, so this was a surprise to us. There was no need for such rudeness!!!! It’s a shame because the hotel was a lovely place!"

"I have to say when we pulled in i was nervous but minus that, this was a phenomenal stay! The staff was so nice and helpful. Our room was large and super clean. The highlight was the breakfast!!! So many options from hot to cold to shelf stable items. If i am ever in this area again, i will be staying here for sure. 5 out of 5 stars overall!!!"
