「The room, the property is terrible. No hot water, dirty rooms and linens, stained pillows, dusty rooms and broken doors and fittings. The hotel is unlivable and does not fix anything even after complaining plenty of times.」

「This place is in the heart of the religious districts of vrindavan and considering the surroundings and other hotels in the vicinity, thus is an excellent and well managed hotel. Has large and comfortable clean rooms with gustatory breakfast and other foods. May not expect 3 stars but really has all you need」
