Great location, near lots of food and the train station. Very comfortable apartment Hotel. Very clean. No complaints. Amenities were fantastic.

Very nice 2 night stay, Easy to reach from Gloucester Rd tube station and walked to Royal Albert Hall for Proms concerts and V&A museum. A good affordable hotel in thr Kensington area. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was very good too.

Had a lovely stay Very helpful staff and room beautifully clean. Very near to shop and not too far from town will stay again happily.

We were a family of five, including two young children. Upon check-in, we found the apartment in an extremely dirty and unacceptable condition. Furthermore, basic amenities were completely missing for a 5-person group. There were not enough pillows or blankets provided, leaving our young children without essential bedding. I called customer service during our stay to request additional blankets and pillows. I was promised a callback, but no one ever contacted us back, and the issue was completely ignored. We are deeply dissatisfied with the service and the condition of this property. Due to this terrible experience, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I request an immediate review of this matter and appropriate compensation for this unacceptable experience.
