"The place was adorable, obvious thought about possible needs, decorations on point, comfortable bedding. The deck and balcony were amazing and the property had beautiful flowers, shrubs, roses, hydrangeas. There was even a welcoming package with treats! Would definitely stay there again!"

"This was our first trip to up-east Maine and Campobello Island, NB, and we loved using this charming cottage as a base camp. It was so restful to come home each night to this beautiful and peaceful setting! The expansive deck was perfect for bird-watching, listening to nature and watching the tide reverse each day. We had one rainy day during our stay and the house was perfect for finding a cozy nook to read-- even playing the baby grand piano! The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking and baking, and we took great advantage of eating in a couple of days. We found the house to be very clean and comfortable (charming mid century decor) and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this charming cottage-in-the-Maine-woods and these wonderful, responsive hosts."

"Only 2 suggestions. Please turn down the hot water temperature, dangerously hot, especially for children. And ADVERTISE your pretty substantial Continental breakfast on the listing. We stopped and got breakfast items at the IGA in town before checking in, and really didn't need to do that. Another guest expressed surprise at the breakfast offerings as well, so I don't think it's clear at all on the listing."

"Property requires 2 flights of outdoor stairs. Balcony was very nice for sitting with morning coffee or evening wine. Great view on to Campobello. Master bathroom was tiny. But the bedroom had a lovely view. We especially enjoyed the separate seating areas in each bedroom. Living room was comfortable and nicely furnished. Perfect space for 2 couples. Would happily stay there again."
