excelente ubicación y muy bonito

Lugar hermoso, cómodo, perfecta ubicación para disfrutar el centro histórico de Queretaro, solo un poco incomodo ya que nos toco una habitación un poco pequeña ya que son pocas habitaciones.

BUSCA OTRO HOTEL! PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA!

La peor experiencia de mi vida en un hotel!!! Se realizaron cargos en la tarjeta sin autorización argumentando que no se había hecho el pago a pesar de que ya tenían la confirmación del banco, mi banco los contactó para comunicarles que la transacción se realizó correctamente y que era un problema de su banco, a lo que el gerente contestó que mi banco le estaba mintiendo y volvió a hacer la transacción. A esto hay que sumarle que el gerente me dijo que me negué a pagar y que la actitud fue como si le estuviera robando a pesar de que en su correo y mi banco le confirmaron que el dinero ya no estaba en mi cuenta. Tuve que marcar 4 días seguidos para que emitieran la factura y en todos decían "ahora se las mando que habían estado muy ocupados". En el cuarto hay mucho ruido, cierran las puertas a las 10 de la noche así que salir o entrar entre las 10 de la noche y las 8 de la mañana es un problema, las toallas son una lija tanto que preferí usar mi ropa para secarme.

Agradable hotel. Ubicado justo en el centro de la ciudad. Afuera es un poco ruidoso, pero entrando al cuarto, es bastante tranquilo.

This is a great boutique hotel. The staff was friendly although English was not their strong suit. Good location would book again.

Hotel en el centro

Al principio nos perdimos y muy poca gente sabe donde esta, no tiene estacionamiento ahi en el hotel, tienes que buscar un lugar de estacionamiento cerca y es un rollo porque esta sobre un andador peatonal en el mero centro, tienen un convenio con un estacionamiento que esta a 2 cuadras del hotel pero solo te cubren 10 horas por noche, si te pasas tienes que pagar 5 pesos extra por hora. El lugar es muy bonito, tiene inmobiliario nuevo sobre una base antigua, se ve muy padre. Lo unico que no me gusto es que se hace un mojadero porque los vidrios de la regadera no cierran completamente y se moja el piso de afuera.

Bonito Hotel

Es un hotel muy agradable, decorado con mucho detalle y ubicado en una buena zona del centro de Qro, super cercana a las atracciones turísticas de la zona. La habitación era pequeña pero las camas super cómodas, silenciosa y muy limpia. La temperatura muy agradable por ser invierno, pero creo que en verano debe ser muy caliente por la falta de AC. El estacionamiento está a 2 cuadras. Lo único que no me gustó fue que te comentan que para que salga el agua caliente hay que dejar el agua correr 3-4 minutos, me parece terrible el desperdicio de tanta agua y que no tengan al menos recipientes o contenedores para recolectar esa agua y usarla en algo. Fuera de eso el hotel está muy agradable.

Hotel pequeño, cómodo y bien situado

El hotel Damiana está en pleno centro, en el Andador Vergara, muy cerca de Plaza de Armas y Plaza de la Constitución. Hay restaurantes y artesanía en toda la zona. Las habitaciones son bonitas, con mucho estilo, temáticas. Lo único malo es que no tienen ventanas y hay que prender el ventilador. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Además es súper económico.

Hotel con personalidad propia

Es un lugar que en definitiva debes tomar muy en cuenta para hospedarse, aunque no tiene estacionamiento propio, te brindan cortesia en uno que esta a dos cuadras del hotel. SIN DUDA LO RECOMIENDO AMPLIAMENTE.
